Attending one of our boot camps is the best way to on-board a new producer or re-energize a vested producer.  Producer Activity's boot camps are not fluffy seminars, they are  roll-up-your-sleeves camps that give producers the tools and skills they need to create activity immediately.  
Our 5 day boot camps include coaching as outlined below:

• Understanding the mind of the prospect and the mind of the producer
• A complete understanding of the science and art of prospecting
• Supply producers with an arsenal of great content for varying campaigns both P&C or Benefits
• Teach the formula to write successful content on their own
• Producers will make (many) live calls and emails with me during their time onsite
• Work through their issues and reluctance (they all have some)
• Where to find prospects and researching tools
• Ongoing support throughout a 12 month period
• The agency principal and/or sales lead will receive analysis of reports/metrics to help them coach their producers based on individual metrics
